Micro injection moulding

ANFF-SA has recently acquired a Juken hybrid driven vertical type moulding machine, JMW-027S-20t, enabling Dr Jing-Hong (Mike) Pai to deliver high-accuracy plastic components for researchers, research prototyping and industry trials.

Compatible with various types of thermoplastic and specialising in polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) and cyclic olefin copolymer (COC), the JMW HDD-system was designed to increase productivity with an innovative mechanical driving system offering precision control (~nm level) and faster response under high pressure environments.

The JMW-027S-20t has a high throughput and short changeover time, is low in noise and heat generation, and stable in times of low pressure and low speed situations.
